Refund Policy
Institutional policy governing every Agent Factory purchase. This page is maintained by Agent Factory and does not replace any additional written agreement.
1. Scope
This policy applies to every one-time purchase made through Agent Factory Business Assets™, including Creator Access™, Business Asset Builder™, Business Asset Pro™, and any add-ons.
2. Digital nature of the asset
Each purchase activates a personalized digital business asset built by AI. Because the asset is generated on-demand and delivered digitally, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligibility window
You may request a review of your purchase within 7 calendar days after the transaction date, provided the asset construction has not been fully delivered.
4. Non-refundable items
Fully delivered assets, enterprise engagements, and third-party fees (payment processing, taxes, connected services) are non-refundable once processed.
5. Enterprise Asset Studio™
Enterprise engagements are governed by the specific commercial agreement signed with the client. This page does not override those terms.
6. How to request a review
Send your transaction ID, registered email, and the reason for your request to our support channel. We will acknowledge within 2 business days.
